Firstly I will say that communication with this company was excellent, professional and helpful at all times. Turned up on time and was greeted by Scott who was super friendly and chatty. Explained everything throughout and did an exceptional job. Carpets came up so well considering the stains on them I couldn't of asked for better!! They look and smell amazing. Absolutely brilliant service and carpet clean. Myself and my partner booked in for a living room and hall carpet clean after our 3 year old had wrecked the carpet with food stains, playdoh and the works! Rob did a fantastic job and the carpet looks brand new again.

Well what can I say about Rise & Shine? I sent an emergency message to them this afternoon after a carpet disaster involving a sick dog. Fast forward 3 hrs later he's been and cleaned my disaster away and trust me 6 month old German Shepard runs isn't something you want on your carpet! Rise&shine honestly the 5th emergency service! And all done with a happy smile! won't hesitate to use them again
